I came for lunch with my dad one day after running some errands in the general area. We ended up only sharing one dish as were not too hungry but something quick and small to satisfy our hunger during the lunch period.
Pros:
(1) place clean; and
(2) employees nice.
Cons:
(1) no parking lot, street parking only so yeah, parking can be a pain depending on when you show up;
(2) my dad and I shared a chicken pad thai dish and needless to say it was less than stellar. There seemed to be a lot of "gravy" on the noodles (please see my photo). I'm no expert on vietnamese dishes but of the few times I've been to other places and ordered the exact same dish, there was never any "gravy." So needless to say I don't think this is "normal" for this dish to have "gravy."
I gave this place 3-stars because I do want to see them be successful in their culinary trip. I just am not sure if I'll be back, but I definitely won't order this dish again. -

Never had pad thai so sweet..
I was craving thai food during a stressful work day. I ordered delivery to my workplace through the yelp app, which came a lot faster than expected (hence the extra stars).
The food isn't bad, but it's not the best thai food I've had. Let's start with what I ordered.
I got the pad thai, yellow curry, chow fun noodle w/gravy & the stir fried eggplant. The eggplant was BOMB! SO GOOD and so flavorful, I love how they put basil in it. But, the beef that was in it was overcooked and tough. Honestly, the eggplant was the only dish I finished. Everything else was hard to eat. The pad thai tasted like straight ketchup and brought back memories of me being sick after a night of drinking. The chowfun w/gravy was more of a gravy w/chowfun. All I could taste in the curry was msg and coconut milk.
My biggest "wait what?" moment was looking at their delivery options and seeing there were no veggie or tofu choices..
I might consider going back for the eggplant, but I'm not sure if I'd come back for any other dish. -

Still the same but a little different. Ate pad gra pow with sliced chicken (not ground chicken) with almost sunny-side up fried egg, medium spicy. Medium seems better because they don't put the dried flakes in, which I don't care for since it makes the dish a little gritty. There was more sauce so my rice was wet. Good but a little overpowering, flavor wise, and made me eat all the rice since it was so tasty. The holy basil still has the stems so it's like ingesting little toothpicks if you inhale and don't chew well, like me.

Well hello, decent Thai food near Don Quijote. This cute little Thai restaurant is cheap, A-Okay, and probably not named after the car company (may Saab Rest In Peace).
The shrimp in my shrimp curry was frozen, but, for $10/plate, that is acceptable. Few restaurants could pull off fresh shrimp at that price. The food was authentic and, unlike many establishments, very nice and spicy when you ask for it.
The austerity of this restaurant is complemented by its authenticity, I can't help but give them a good rating. Try it for yourself!
